Throughout the pandemic, MRW Medical Transport has remained committed to our mission of ensuring every single patient is safe while addressing their transport needs, including during the challenges posed by corona.  

Employee Screenings - Every employee that comes into work must go through a symptom and temperature screening. We ensure they haven't been exposed to guarantee the safety of all staff and patients. The office is equipped with infrared thermometers and screening sheets. If any employee exhibits symptoms, they are sent home IMMEDIATELY.  

Mandated Sanitation In Between Patients - Our employees are required to sanitize their hands after each patient and to wipe down surfaces before boarding any other patients.  

Providing Proper PPE - All of our employees are equipped with face masks and gloves, along with spares in the Coach Vans and Ambulances. They also have spare masks in their vehicles for any patients that may not have one, further reinforcing our mission to keep everyone safe during these corona times.  

Thorough Vehicle Cleaning - We ensure to wipe down the vehicles between patients and guarantee that all equipment is sanitized and stored properly.  

Keeping Up to Date with CDC Guidelines - We remain vigilant by continuously keeping up to date with any advancements from the CDC. Our commitment is to do everything possible to keep everyone safe. When updates and news arise, we ensure all staff are informed through our portal.
